The YMCA Residence Program is made up of (2) low-income housing programs:
YMCA Mens Single Room Occupancy Residence Program houses men ages 18 years and older who are homeless and/or housing vulnerable. The Men’s SRO has 99 single room units available at a cost $ 82.00 per week. Public Assistance is accepted and rental assistance is available for men who are income eligible. 

YMCA Senior Citizen Apartments houses men and women who are 62 years and older or individuals who have a diagnosed disability. The Senior Apartments consists of 30 full (1) bedroom apartments, subsidized at 30 % of an individuals income. The apartments are unfurnished and do not include utilities.
